We are a reservation system that supports both private and public campgrounds. We work directly with campground operators who use our software to run their park and take online bookings. If you are booking through CampgroundBooking, there is a campground on the other end who is receiving your reservation.
If you cannot complete your reservation online or are having technical issues, please make sure your web browser and operating system is up to date. For security reasons, we do not support browsers that are older than Internet Explorer 11.
For the best online booking experience, we recommend using an updated version of Google Chrome or Firefox. If you’ve tried updating your browser and are still having issues, please shoot us an email and we’ll do whatever we can to help you.

Yes. We use Stripe to process all payments online because of their level of security. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. You can learn more about Stripe’s security here.
If you need to make a change or cancel a reservation, you can contact the park directly. Each campground has the ability to set their own cancellation policy, which you will agree to before making a reservation.
