During the on-boarding process we will:
- Input all your existing sites
- Set up 1-on-1 kick off call with you where we’ll discuss your goals, timeline and how we can help your park be successful
- Create an interactive map to showcase your campground
- Work with you to configure all the appropriate settings for your campground
- Optimize rates across your camping season and sites
- Host Zoom training sessions for you and your team
- Do everything we can to make the on-boarding as efficient and easy for you as possible
- What happens after I sign up? Someone from our on-boarding team will reach out to set up a kickoff call so that we can get your account created.
- How long does the on-boarding take? We can have your campground up and running in less than a week. However, it really depends on how quickly you’d like to move forward. In your kickoff call we will make sure to set a realistic launch date and work towards this.
